1. Entry Period: The contest begins on February 5th at 12pm and ends on February 28th at 8pm est. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

2. How to Enter: To enter, participants must fill out the entry form above, share the ad on their social and follow our facebook or instagram page. Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a pair of full chaps (estimated retail value: 325.95 CAD. Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other items.

4. Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries and will be notified via e-mail on or around February 28th. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.

5. Shipping: The prize will be shipped at no cost to the winner within 22 days after winner confirmation. Any additional customs or import fees are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Disqualification: Prochaps Canada reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, violates any rules, or is suspected of cheating or tampering with the entry process.

7. Publicity: By entering, participants agree to allow Prochaps Canada to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Liability: Prochaps Canada is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions or failures that affect participation.

9. Privacy: All personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the contest or other marketing uses and in accordance with Prochaps’s privacy policy.

10. Sponsor: This contest is sponsored by Prochaps canada, located  in Montréal, Québec.
